Pursuit Impact strives to balance investor returns with societal needs to acquire multifamily and MHP properties primarily through joint venture and direct vehicles. We partner with high net worth individuals, family offices and institutions to deploy impact capital, with a primary focus on

Manatee and Sarasota (FL) Counties.


Our business plan focuses on recession-resistant attainable housing. Our mission is to retain the affordability while providing safe, well-located housing to our tenants and attractive returns for our partners.

The Principal of Pursuit Impact was directly involved in over $300M of LP and GP equity investments and asset management since 2009, predominantly in multifamily assets. With a team of strategic partners and advisors, Pursuit Impact looks to replicate the past success of this portfolio with future investors.
